Tricentennial Old Fashioned

A twist on our El Guapo Old Fashioned, The Tricentennial Old Fashioned uses our Tricentennial bitters to lend a subtle, slightly smoky profile to this classic libation.
Tricentennial Old Fashioned
• .25 oz El Guapo® Creole Orgeat
• .25 oz Amaro Meletti
• 2 generous dashes El Guapo® Tricentennial Bitters
• 2 oz Jim Beam
• Large ice cube
• Orange twist and rosemary sprig for garnish.
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine Jim Beam, amaro, orgeat and bitters. Stir until well chilled and strain into a lowball or coupe over a large ice cube, and garnish with an orange twist and rosemary sprig. Enjoy!

Orange Brandy Cocktail

Orange Brandy Cocktail 🍊
• 1.5 oz Copper & Kings brandy
• .5 oz Orange infused vida mezcal (To make at home, coarsely chop an orange 🍊 & allow pieces to steep in bottle for several hours before straining through a cheesecloth)
• 1 oz Madeira
• .5 oz Amaro Montenegro
• 3 healthy dashes El Guapo® Mojo Cubano Bitters
• Dehydrated blood orange 🍊, for garnish

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice & stir until well chilled. Strain into a coupe over one large ice cube & garnish with dehydrated orange slice just before serving.

Love Potion #9 Gin Martini

This martini was created by Iain Harrison, Bar Director of the Mandarin Oriental Miami. It’s currently served at the MO Bar + Lounge inside the hotel.

Love Potion #9 Gin Martini
• 1.5 oz Gin
• .5 oz Soju
• .25 oz St. Germain
• .5 oz El Guapo® Lavender Syrup (summer seasonal, available online May 2018)
• .25 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 3 dashes El Guapo® Love Potion #9 Bitters
• Club soda
• Rose petals (or rose petal ice cubes), for garnish
In a shaker filled with ice, pour gin, soju & St. Germain, syrup, juice & bitters. Shake vigorously, & strain into a coupe or martini glass. Top with club soda & bitters. Garnish with rose petals or a rose petal ice cube before serving.

Polynesian Paloma

Polynesian Paloma
• 2 oz Tequila
• .25 oz Fresh lime juice
• 1 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
• 1 oz El Guapo® Lime Cordial
• 6 dashes El Guapo® Polynesian Kiss Bitters
• Club soda
In a shaker filled with ice, pour tequila, lime & grapefruit juice, cordial & bitters. Shake vigorously, & strain into a coupe filled with crushed ice. Top with club soda & garnish with edible flowers or eucalyptus leaves before serving

Peas & Cues

Peas & Cues
• 1 oz El Guapo® Ginger syrup
• 1 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 oz Spring-pea infused Pisco (recipe below)
• Parsley and pea tendrils, for garnish
Spring Pea Infused Pisco
• 1 c. Spring peas
• 375 mL Pisco
To create spring pea infused Pisco, blend peas and Pisco in a Vitamix or other high quality blender until completely pulverized. Strain mixture through cheesecloth lined chinois.

In a clean shaker filled with ice, combine ginger syrup, lemon juice and Pisco. Shake vigorously, and strain into a highball. Garnish with cilantro and pea tendrils before serving.

Beet Gin & Tonic

Beet Gin & Tonic
• 1 oz Freshly pressed beet juice
• 1.75 oz Gin
• .25 oz Freshly pressed lemon juice
• 1.5 oz 
El Guapo® British Style Colonial Tonic Syrup
• Club soda
Raw beets, cubed and skewered for garnish

In a shaker filled with ice, combine beet and lemon juice, gin & tonic syrup. Shake vigorously and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top with club soda and garnish with raw beet skewers before serving.

Kale Martini

Kale Martini
• 1 oz Freshly pressed cucumber juice
• .5 oz Freshly pressed celery juice
• 1 oz Freshly pressed lime juice
• .5 oz Freshly pressed kale juice
• .5 oz El Guapo® Ginger syrup
• 1.5 oz Vodka
• Kale leaf & grapefruit slice, for garnish

In a shaker filled with ice, combine all juices, ginger syrup and vodka. Shake vigorously, and strain into well chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a kale leaf and grapefruit slice before serving.
