Loup Garou

The Loup Garou
One serving:
2 oz rum (we used Marsh House, but any quality white rum will do)
1 oz El Guapo® Lemon Cordial
.5 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
2 medium Louisiana strawberries, quartered
4 dashes El Guapo® Polynesian Kiss Bitters
.75 oz Prosecco Brut Sparkling Wine
• Mint sprigs, for garnish if desired

In a cocktail shaker, muddle quartered strawberries, lemonade & collins mix and lime juice together. Add rum and bitters, filling to brim with ice. Shake vigorously, and double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Top with Prosecco and garnish with a quartered strawberry and mint springs, if desired.
