Makes one cocktail
• 1 ½ oz. Plantation Pineapple Rum
• ½ tsp Red wine vinegar
• ¾ oz. El Guapo® Orgeat Syrup
• 1 oz. Lime juice
• 4 dashes El Guapo® Polynesian Kiss Bitters
• Freshly shaved nutmeg
• Mint bouquet, for garnish
In a clean shaker filled with ice, shake rum, vinegar, juice, orgeat and two dashes of bitters. Shake vigorously for ~20-30 seconds & strain over crushed ice into a snifter glass. Top with 2 dashes of bitters and freshly shaved nutmeg. Garnish with mint bouquet.
