Jacob Marley Cocktail
Makes two cocktails
• Meyer lemon
• Fresh mint sprigs
• 4 oz citrus vodka
• 2 oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes El Guapo® Holiday Pie Bitters
• Pomegranate seeds, for garnish
Cut two very thin rounds from the Meyer lemon. Fill a shaker halfway with ice and add 20 or so mint leaves. Muddle very well to break the ice and pulverize the mint. Squeeze the juice from the remaining Meyer lemon into the shaker. Fill the rest of the shaker with ice. Add the vodka, simple syrup, and bitters. Shake well and double strain into 2 coupe glasses. Garnish with a tablespoon of fresh pomegranate seeds, the Meyer lemon wheels, and mint sprigs. Cheers y’all!
