Clarified Holiday Eggnog Punch
Makes Four Cocktails
• 4 oz Spicebox Whiskey
• 4 oz Lot 40 Rye
• 1 oz Giffard Vanilla Liqueur
• 8 oz pineapple juice
• 4 oz lemon juice
• 1.5 oz simple syrup
• 10 dashes El Guapo® Holiday Pie Bitters
• .75 cup eggnog
• .25 cup half & half
Combine eggnog and cream in a bowl and stir. In a pitcher combine all ingredients except milk mixture. Stir and strain into the milk mixture. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes – 24 hours. Line a fine mesh strainer with a coffee filter and pour cocktail through filter. Can be left refrigerated for at least 2 weeks. Cheers!
