Tortoro’s Dream
Makes one cocktail
• 1.25 oz coconut rum
• 2/3 oz pineapple rum
• 2/3 oz sake
• 2/3 oz pineapple juice
• .5 oz El Guapo® Ginger Syrup
• .5 oz lime juice
• .5 oz Coco Lopez
• 1/3 oz El Guapo® Orgeat Syrup
• Bar spoon of matcha powder
• Matcha powder, dehydrated pineapple, coconut & a matcha Pocky stick, for garnish
In a shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients. Shake until well chilled. Open pour the mixture into a snifter glass and top with more crushed ice. Garnish with a matcha Pocky stick, dehydrated pineapple, shredded coconut before serving. Cheers!
