Sweet Potato Casserole Old Fashioned
x Spirited Shaker
Makes one cocktail
• 2 oz Toasted pecan-infused High West Double Rye
• .25 oz El Guapo® Sweet Potato Syrup
• .25 oz Cooked sweet potato purée (optional but a fun add)
• 2 dashes El Guapo® Holiday Pie Bitters
• Marshmallows & blow torch, for garnish
Stir all ingredients well in a mixing glass with ice. Double strain (to remove any remaining sweet potato solids) into a rocks glass over a large block of ice. Top with marshmallows & lightly torch for the complete experience!
