Pineapple Under the Sea

Originally part of The Sauceress’ 2021 12 days of Tiki, this SpongeBob SquarePants themed recipe is the perfect tiki cocktail to re-create at home this New Years Eve. Wishing you and yours all the best in the New Year!

Pineapple Under The Sea
x The Sauceress
Makes one cocktail
• 1 oz Hendrick’s Amazonia Gin
• 1oz White Rum
• .5 oz Blue Curaçao (she used @giffardusa)
• 2 oz Prosecco
• 1 oz Passion Fruit Pulp
• 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
• .5 oz El Guapo® Falernum
• .5 oz Yuzu Liqueur (she used @choya_usa)
• 5 dashes El Guapo® Fuego Bitters
• Ginger slice, Pineapple fronds & dehydrated lime, for garnish

Combine blue curaçao and passion fruit pulp and pour into the bottom of a glass. Fill glass with crushed or nugget ice. Combine all additional ingredients except Prosecco in a shaker. Shake quickly with ice to chill and then strain into your glass full of ice. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with LOTS of pineapple fronds, slice of ginger and a dehydrated lime wheel.
