Coconut Rose Margarita 🌴

Makes 1 cocktail
• 1.5 oz Rosa Tequila (@asombrosotequila)
• .5 oz Coconut Liqueur (@mahinacoconut) 🥥
• .25 oz El Guapo® Rose Cordial 🌹
• .5 oz Lime Juice
• 1.5 oz Unsweetened Coconut Milk
• 1/2 Barspoon Rose Water
• 1 Strawberry 🍓
• Greenery, garden rose, lime peel & sliced strawberry, for garnish
Quarter strawberry & muddle in a shaker with tequila + coconut liqueur. Strain, remove strawberry chunks & return to shaker. Add all additional ingredients. Shaker with ice & strain into a glass full of crushed or nugget ice. 🧊
Pro tip – coconut milk getting chunky in your cocktails? Hit your mixture with a small, handheld coffee milk frother before you pour it into your glass. Works great & will give you a little bit of fluffy coconut foam, as witnessed here!
