Get it together, my friends. 2020 was our longest & strongest season on record. And last year, Hurricane Ida became the strongest storm to ever make landfall in New Orleans. Don’t forget, all 5 transmission lines bringing power into the city crumbled in the wind and fell into the Mississippi River and that’s before we didn’t have power for 2-3 weeks and lived without trash collection or debris removal for months. Literal months. So let’s plan ahead my babes. Preparation is sexy.
