To celebrate Dry January, we partnered with one of our favorite Woman Owned spiritless brands, For Bitter For Worse, on a few new alcohol free recipes! Below, we’re sharing a kid friendly, smoky and sweet, vegan hot cocoa perfect for cold weather!

Smoky Hot Cocoa

Makes one cocktail
• 2.5 oz For Bitter For Worse Smoky No.56
• 5 oz oat milk
• 1T cocoa powder
• 1T coconut sugar
• 6 dashes El Guapo® Spiced Cocoa Bitters
• Cashew, coconut or any whipped cream + chocolate shavings, for garnish

Warm the oat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Combine coconut sugar cocoa powder into a mug, and stir/whisk in Smoky No.56 until it forms a smooth paste. Add bitters and stream in the hot milk, stirring until smooth. Top with whipped cream of choice and chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.
